Take one of the two 3-metre attachment ropes (supplied with the hammock) and set it up between the two attachment points. These 3 metres are the maximum distance between 2 trees for the installation of your Basic hammock. The less taut your hammock, the better. The hammock should "smile" at you when you look at it. When you are sitting in your hammock with your legs at a right angle to it, you should be at a maximum height of 40 cm. For more comfort, sit diagonally.
- A hammock support with 3 m (maximum possible length) between the two hammock attachment points will be compatible as long as it can reach a height of 1.2 m between the two attachment points. - A hammock support with 2.6 m (minimum recommended length) between the two hammock attachment points will be compatible as long as it can reach a height of 1.5 m between the two attachment points. Only compatible with the Quechua hammock support (ref.: 8787806
