What does the anti-chafing cream do?

The cream reduces chafing and irritation caused by skin-to-skin, fabric-to-skin, or equipment-to-skin friction (e.g., backpacks) and helps prevent blisters. It is both water- and sweat-resistant.

How to use the product

Apply a thick layer of cream to all friction-prone areas before your activity: neck, nipples, underarms, inner thighs, feet, etc. Do not rub it in.
