Описание
These adjustable weights excel in dynamic movements: Side leg lifts, reverse crunches, arm extensions... They sculpt and tone all your muscles with precision. Perfect for cardio, brisk walking, running, Pilates, yoga or rehabilitation, they intensify every movement. For static exercises focused purely on muscle strengthening, opt for traditional dumbbells.
Transform your workouts with Freeletics, your expert digital coach! The app offers a variety of programmes tailored to your adjustable weights: tone your upper body (arms, shoulders, back) and lower body (legs, abs, cardio). Configure your equipment, track your performance in real time, and boost your motivation through the active community. Exclusive offer: get 50% off your annual Freeletics subscription when you buy this product.
The thumb loop serves as a secure anchor point to instantly secure the weight to your hand. Slide your thumb through, thread the weight around your wrist or ankle, then adjust the tightness to your liking. All in a matter of seconds. The result is perfect support without slipping during your sessions
Follow our recommendations for effective and safe sessions: - Always warm up before adding weights to prepare your muscles and joints. - Fasten them securely but comfortably to prevent slipping during exercise. - Stay tuned in to your physical sensations: adjust or remove the weights if you experience pain or discomfort. - Finish with targeted stretches to optimise your recovery and maintain your mobility.
Our adjustable weights optimise your progress! With 4 x 500 g weights included, reach a maximum of 2 kg per ankle or wrist weight. For effective and safe training, start with 500 g per arm. Your lower body muscles, which are more powerful, can support 1 kg per ankle. Gradually increase the resistance according to your progress and how you feel. By starting light, you prioritise quality of execution and maximise your performance gains.
