Smooth, efficient jumps right from your first session – it all starts with the right setup! Stand in the middle of the rope and pull both ends upwards: they should come up to your armpits. Once you have found your bearings, adjust the length manually to make it comfortable. A simple step that makes all the difference when it comes to making rapid progress and jumping safely!
