Описание
There are many reasons to use a reflex ball, but the most important is to have fun developing your hand-eye coordination, an essential asset for boxers. With better coordination, you'll more easily dodge strikes and you'll increase the speed and quality of your punches. In addition to being technical, it's a fun exercise so your workout can also be enjoyable.
For an effective workout, it's crucial to adjust the elastic to the correct length. Start by attaching the headband to your head, then attach the elastic in the designated spot. Next, adjust the length of the elastic so that the ball falls at the level of your wrist with a closed fist. Then tie a knot. The extra elastic can be cut or tucked into the headband. For experienced boxers, reduce the distance between the attachment and your wrist.
Ideally, you should train with gloves, glove liners, or mitts to protect your hands, particularly for regular workouts. Put yourself in a combat situation and get out your best footwork.
