Picture manual provided with the product. To create your code: -4 digits positioned on “0” - Open the lock, and look at the rear side of the front part - Position the arrow on the inside (upper left) to the right - Choose and set up your 4-digit code (Warning, please remember this code!!) - Move the inner arrow (upper left) to the left to set your code. Your padlock is set up!!
To close your padlock, place your keys inside and close the lock (without forcing it), lock your padlock onto a fixed point with the “U”, lock the “U” in the hole. Randomise the 4 wheels to conceal your code. To open it, put in your 4-digit code via the dials, open the padlock, take your keys, then unlock the “U” via the inner lock, to detach it from its fixed point.
Not suitable (used alone) for KEYLESS opening systems, except if the key or magnetic card is wrapped in aluminium foil before being put in the box, to ensure the signal is blocked. Be sure that the signal is blocked. Do not leave the padlock on the vehicle at all times, there is a risk of accelerated corrosion on the product with bad weather and possible damage to the vehicle while driving.
Spray WD40 rust dissolver twice a year: - on the 4 code dials to maintain the mechanism’s smoothness - on the 2 fixed point inserts - on the interior lock for opening the “U” lock.
Product designed and tested by our surfer teams in Hendaye (France). The Olaian global design centre is located on the banks of the Bidassoa in Hendaye. This allows us to design products in contact with users and in the marine environment.
