Because dance studios are often a bit on the cool side, it's even more important to stay covered so your muscles can warm up faster. That's why it's a good idea to wear a wrap-over top at the beginning of class until you start your bar exercises, and put it back on at the end of class so you don't cool down too quickly.
Dance is a sport where you do a series of both arm and leg movements. Dancers need to be able to move freely to do them properly. We added elastane to the fabric of this wrap-over top to make it stretchier. This way your arms can move freely throughout your warm-up.
