To optimise your speed, we have carefully designed the perfect grip diameter: 32 mm up to 17.5 kg, and 34 mm for 20 kg and up. This ensures a perfect grip no matter the weight you lift. Careful attention has also been paid to the knurling: its texture provides maximal grip without ever being harsh on your skin. The right balance so you can even go without chalk during your WODs.
No more dumbbells rolling across the room! Thanks to the 6-sided hexagonal design, your dumbbell remains perfectly stable on the ground after every exercise. Its high-quality rubber coating plays an essential double role: it effectively protects your equipment and floor from repeated impacts while considerably reducing unpleasant noise during your workouts.
Unlike a standard barbell, this hexagonal dumbbell creates a beneficial imbalance that leads to more engagement of your stabiliser muscles. This feature makes it the perfect accessory for intensifying your cross training workouts with dynamic movements such as push presses, front squats, or clean & jerks.
