Research and development studies have shown that a lighter product improves running performance.No compromise was made on comfort and durability in the design of the KS900 LIGHT, with lighter materials and optimised sole design. The result? The KIPRUN KS900 LIGHT shoe is 10% lighter than the KIPRUN KS LIGHT, which it has been designed to replace. Weight: 205 g in size 5.

The Kiprun KS900 Light is the fruit of the shoemaking expertise acquired over more than 10 years at Decathlon. Caroline (product manager), Raphael (product engineer) and Nicolas (designer), who are all running enthusiasts, develop your Kiprun footwear with a network of ambassadors:the runners at Decathlon, sports coaches and you! In this way, we choose the components, create the prototypes and test and validate the products with laboratory and field tests.
In order to run regularly over long distances, foot comfort is of the utmost importance. So, we tried to improve the level of comfort with the following: - a new collar at the rear of the sockliner will keep your heel snugly in the shoe - wider forefoot area means more space for the toes within the shoe - one-piece and seamless fabric reduces the risks of chafing - thicker tongue prevents discomfort at the instep
The new MFOAM, developed with our footwear technical design department (Footwear Industrial Division) is both very soft and responsive. It delivers real comfort mile after mile.
Our sole is designed like a car tyre for running performance without losing control in wet conditions. The sole geometry combined with a new rubber component give the KIPRUN KS900 LIGHT excellent grip on wet terrain and bends, even at top speed.
