The Artengo Thermic 2-in-1 leggings shorts are a replacement for using joggers. With these 2-in-1 legging shorts, you'll be freer to move on the court for greater comfort and performance.
The Artengo Thermic 2-in-1 legging shorts were specially designed for playing tennis in very cold weather, as the built-in leggings provide support and warmth. Our laboratory tests showed that the ideal temperature range for these shorts was between 4°C and 12°C (tests conducted at the Decathlon SportsLab on a thermal mannequin, considering tennis to be an intermittent activity mixing moderate and high levels of intensity).
The Artengo Thermic 2-in-1 legging shorts are tennis shorts with built-in 7/8 leggings; the two parts cannot be detached. This allows you to have a single waistband, to maximise comfort and so the shorts are not overly thick. The legging length was also chosen to minimise the thickness of leggings with socks, and thus maximise comfort. The leggings can be worn with socks on top or underneath.
Humidity can be a source of feelings of cold. This is why the shorts and leggings both have mesh ventilation zones to promote air circulation and slow the appearance of moisture. These ventilation zones were placed in strategic areas, at the inner thighs and upper glutes, where sweat begins and is the greatest (sweat tests conducted on tennis players at the Decathlon SportsLab).
