The upper extends slightly above the ankle for good foot support. The elastic panels on either side of the ankle make them easy to get on and off. You get the walking comfort of a boot with the guaranteed protection of a pair of wellies. With no laces or fastenings to worry about, you won’t want to take them off: a year-round essential, whatever the season.
These ankle boots are ideal for muddy, flat, or slightly uneven terrain, largely free from brambles. You can use them before and after a hunt, for gardening, walking the dog, picking mushrooms, setting up a camera trap in the forest, and so on. There are many and varied uses. In short, these are the everyday shoes you need when you live in the countryside and work outdoors, even in the rain.

To keep your ankle wellies in good condition, clean them after each use with water and/or pH-neutral soap (avoid stiff brushes or abrasive sponges). Then wipe them with a cloth or leave them to dry in a well-ventilated place away from heat sources. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from moisture.
These ankle boots are not made for horse riding. They do not have a specific heel to hold the stirrup in place. The lugged sole is also unsuitable for equestrian use. They are also not designed for environments with brambles or barbed wire. The risks of the plastic being pierced or torn is high in these aggressive environments.
