We use wool from merino sheep bred on farms in South Africa that do not practise mulesing. We decided to build a partnership with a group of breeders (Konsortium Merino) to ensure that the sheep whose wool we use for our products live and are shorn in the best conditions. This means we have full traceability, which allows us to guarantee the origin of the wool.
The merino wool headband is reinforced for greater durability. To achieve this there's a new yarn structure. A polyamide thread forms a fine sheath that protects the merino wool fibres against friction and tears. The component’s grammage is 155 g/m².
