Our MICELLAR CASEIN is made in France. The milk protein isolates come from the European Union. Whey is the protein of the liquid part of milk. Casein is a protein commonly found in milk, of which it is the solid and insoluble part. Micellar casein is the casein that naturally occurs in milk. This is a natural component of milk that is obtained without destroying the micelles using microfiltration.
Casein is referred to as NATIVE and comes directly from milk. It slowly releases amino acids.
Casein is best taken before bed to provide your muscles with a continuous supply of amino acids while you sleep.
For an intense flavour and a thicker consistency, mix two spoonfuls of powder (i.e. 30 g) with 250 ml of liquid. For a more subtle flavour and a smoother consistency, mix two spoonfuls of powder (i.e. 30 g) with 300 ml of liquid. The micellar casein mix can be done with water, a plant-based drink or some milk. Mix for 30 seconds and consume.Consume the shake within an hour of mixing it.
In addition to physical activity, it's important to maintain a varied, balanced diet and keep up a healthy lifestyle. For prolonged consumption (> 6-8 weeks), it is mandatory to seek advice from a doctor. This product is not recommended for individuals with kidney or liver insufficiency, pregnant women, and persons under the age of 14. Keep out of reach of children.Comply with the recommended daily dose.
