Rear wheel motor: 48 volts, 250 Watt (nominal). It has an engine torque of up to 58 Nm. It lets you easily carry loads of up to 170 kg. The torque and power values tell you how easily the bike will deal with certain difficulties (such as a hill). The motor is coupled to a torque sensor that provides electric assistance based on the force exerted on the pedals. It gives you a more natural pedalling motion.

There's a start assistance trigger that helps you get going, up to 6 km/h (handy when heavily laden). You can also control the headlights.

The marine environment (air, ocean spray) is extremely corrosive for mechanical and metallic parts, so it is strongly recommended to regularly lubricate the entire drive train of your bike and clean the positioning elements with a damp cloth from time to time (handlebar, seat post, etc) to remove any salt deposits that may accumulate.
