This model is perfect for anyone new to rowing! This full-body workout targets 80% of your muscles while building both your cardio and endurance. You'll work your shoulders, arms, back, abs, thighs and calves with a single activity. The lower resistance levels let you go at your own pace and quickly see the benefits. It's perfect for blasting calories and cross training for your favourite sport. It's an affordable way to keep you fit!
The design of the flywheel (<3.5 kg) was perfected and has an equivalent weight of 5 kg, while the anti-chafing straps make for smooth, natural movement as soon as you start rowing. The 10 resistance levels let you gradually increase the intensity at your own pace. Enjoy rowing and improve your fitness without overexerting yourself. A system designed to let you improve at your own pace!
This rower can be adjusted to your height, whether you're 1.60 m or 1.85 m. The handle is positioned with comfort in mind so you won't hurt your back or arms. Your feet are kept firmly in place with the adjustable foot pedals with 5 settings: no more slipping while rowing! This adjustment lets you focus on your workout to get fitter rather than worrying about your position. By making rowing comfortable, you'll want to keep going!
The console displays 6 indicators so you can track your workout and keep an eye on your effort level. You can connect a cardio watch or heart rate belt (if compatible) to record your BPM using Bluetooth. You can also connect to Kinomap via the FTMS (Bluetooth) to access your workouts or scenery videos. The adjustable console can be raised or lowered to your gaze. The tablet is not included.
Forget about the hassles involved in moving your rower! Coming in at just 26 kg and with the two front wheels, you can easily move it from one spot to another. Need space? Just push it out of the way next to a wall to free up floor space. Lack of space is no longer an excuse for not working out!
