To adjust the paddle, open the latch, pull the handle to the desired length, then close the latch. The flat alignment area ensures that the handle is properly aligned with the blade. If it is not fastened tightly enough, open the latch and tighten the cross-head metal screw. The correct height is the one you feel most comfortable with. Depending on what you will be using it for (touring/racing/surfing), the paddle is generally adjusted between 0 and 20 cm above your head.
The back of this paddle has a double concave shape for good traction. It has a flat and thin blade for exceptional penetration in the water. Longitudinal grooves for stiffness and power.
Our exclusive blade/shaft junction technology allows us to deliver homogeneous flex across the entire paddle.
