This tanto is made from beech wood. It is 29 cm long with a diameter of 3 cm. It weighs 140 grams. It has a very robust and robust curved blade that is easy to handle.
The calligraphy of the laser-engraved "Bushido" kanji on the blade is a nod to Japanese tradition. Bushido refers to the samurai code of honour. These warriors trained with several wooden weapons to improve their techniques. With this engraving, we wanted to reflect the essence of these centuries-old martial arts.
