This 1 L bottle is made of 18/10 stainless steel (316) which makes it particularly fire and shock resistant. You can boil water inside after removing the cap. A hanging clip is included for hanging it over the fire. Be careful, it will become hot. Do not handle it with your bare hands or drink from the mouth. This bottle is not insulated. Hot liquids will go cold. Not suitable for carbonated beverages.
The wide 5.5 cm diameter neck makes it easy to fill and clean. Among other things, it allows you to put ice cubes in your drink or to add pine needles, for example, to prepare your tea at your camp. The handle on the cap makes it easy to carry the bottle and hang it on your bag. If placed in the fire, it will turn black from contact with the flames.
Clean your bottle after each use with a standard washing-up liquid and water. The product can also be put in the dishwasher if necessary. Please note that when using the dishwasher, the seal on the cap may come off. Be sure to put it back on if this happens in order to guarantee the watertightness of your bottle. Allow the cap and bottle to dry separately. For a thorough cleaning, soak overnight in a solution of baking soda and water.
Rinse the entire product 3 times with clean water before using for the first time.
We have selected a food grade 18/10 (316) stainless steel for the body and cap of the bottle, known for its food grade safety and robustness. The seal is made of silicone to ensure a tight seal and long life. Our products and materials comply with current food safety standards. They do not contain Bisphenol A (BPA) in accordance with current French regulations.
