We have created 3 loop levels because we don't all want to wear our belt at the same height: the lowest loop lets you wear the belt at the lowest height; the middle loop tightens at the waist (going past the navel); the highest loop lets you wear the belt high up! And if you don't want it tightened at the waist at all, the dress is just as elegant worn without a belt !
