Описание
The waterproofing of a fabric is measured using a unit called the schmerber. This represents the pressure of a quantity of water exerted on a fabric. Our membrane had been approved at 10,000 schmerbers, which guarantees a very high level of waterproofing in use. Merely talking about waterproofing is not enough; the product's construction is approved in a shower test: thanks to its taped seams and zips, your jacket can resist 2 hours of rain at a rate of 60 L of water per hour et per m²
The breathability of a product is measured by its Thermal Evaporative Resistance (TER). The lower the resistance (and therefore the coefficient), the more breathable the fabric. Also, our waterproof jacket has a breathability index of <= 6, so we can definitely say its very breathable... We are also talking about 25,000 g of water/m2/24 hours! And that's just as well: why protect yourself from the water outside the jacket only to sweat more inside?
To allow air to circulate freely, we have equipped this jacket with mechanical ventilation strategically placed on the upper part of the back. Combined with the zip opening, air can circulate freely in your jacket and this contributes to your comfort
Cold weather, wind and rain taken a break? Has the sun come out? The jacket won't slow you down! The two side pockets can hold all your lightweight personal belongings (gloves, hat, snood, etc.) and have a double zip so you can fold up the jacket, squash it down and store it. Once folded up, the rectangular shape will make it discreet and easy to transport: no more uncomfortable balls in your pack!
To be even better protected from bad weather, you can tighten your jacket at the hips and adjust the hood so that it fits your body perfectly and you can train without any discomfort!
François, our designer, and Gaêtan, our engineer, have left nothing to chance: from the choice of colour, the zips texture and the colour of the membrane to the strategically placed vents, each and every detail has been meticulously calculated and refined! With its subtle and modern lines, and technical and precise finishes, this jacket combines technical quality, simplicity and sports DNA... Perfect for your runs, and much more!
