The jyo is a wooden replica of the weapons used in many martial arts disciplines (kendo, aikido, iaido etc.). This model is made from high resistance beech wood. It is 128 cm long with a diameter of 2.5 cm. It weighs 450 grams.
The calligraphy of the laser-engraved "Bushido" kanji on one side is a nod to Japanese tradition. Bushido refers to the samurai code of honour. These warriors trained with various wooden weapons to improve their techniques. With this engraving, we wanted to reflect the essence of these centuries-old martial arts.
