Description
The waterproof component provides protection against wind and rain, allowing you to complete a run without getting soaked.
The breathability of a product is measured by its Thermal Evaporative Resistance (TER). The lower the resistance (and therefore the coefficient), the more breathable the fabric. Our waterproof jacket has a breathability rating between 12 and 6.
To allow air to circulate freely, we've equipped this jacket with mechanical vents under the arms and at the front, striking the perfect balance between protection, perspiration-wicking, and ventilation. Finally, the bottom of the jacket air to flow through.
The hood with drawcord provides a snug fit.Additionally, the visor offers extra protection to keep the face a little drier, especially for those wearing glasses.
The two side pockets allow you to carry light personal items (keys, map, gloves, hat, neck warmer, etc.).
Did you know that the intensity of your activity, the height profile and the weather conditions can influence the choice of your different layers of clothing? This is the right order, which can be adjusted according to the parameters mentioned above: - Layer 1 is breathable and wicks perspiration away to the other layers. - Layer 2 is insulating, protects you from the cold and keeps you warm. - Lastly, layer 3 protects you from the wind and/or rain.
"Dry your jacket in the open air, then 10 to 15 minutes in a tumble dryer, on a synthetics programme. It is vital that you do not overdry the jacket, or put it on a radiator. If, in spite of the washing, thorough rinsing, open-air drying and cool tumble drying, drops of water no longer flow across the surface of your jacket, we recommend that you rewaterproof it using a spray or a technical detergent sold in our stores
