Description
These boots are available in UK Jnr sizes 2.5 - 5. For hiking, consider one size above your tween’s normal size for optimal comfort on descents, preventing the toes from bumping against the boot.
Have your tween try on both boots while standing up, with the socks worn for hiking. Check two comfort points: the base of the heel and the front part of the foot going down. During your first few outings, gradually have them try them out to get used to them.
With use and over time, the boots’ waterproofing capacity may decrease. To reactivate their water-repellency and prevent stains on the outside, we recommend using a re-waterproofing treatment product after a year.
Did you know that children’s feet sweat three times as much as adults’ feet? That’s why at Quechua, we’ve designed trainers with removable insoles so you can air the shoes out. What’s more, our trainers are suitable for wearing with orthopaedic insoles! A practical tip: remove the insole when trying them on to see where your foot sits.
