This bike mount has 4 pre-drilled holes for attaching it to your wall. Install at a height that leaves enough space for the upper section of your bike (such as the seat post and saddle) and prevent you from lifting your bike more than necessary. Also remember to allow enough space at the sides and underneath for the wheels.
Check type of supporting surface (solid wall, plasterboard, brick, ....) before buying your screws and brackets so they are suitable for support. Example for solid wall: 40mm wall plugs and PZ 2 screws measuring 5mm x 60mm minimum (Remember to allow for the thickness of the mount itself: 25 Mm for the length of the selected screws).If in doubt, ask a specialist vendor to ensure you choose the right kind of screw.
If your bike has an unusual frame type (Dutch-style) you can purchase a bike adaptor (Reference 8605020) to allow you to easily store it. This adaptor can also be used on your bike carrier.
