Description
Compared with a rigid water bottle, your flask is lighter, less noisy when you run and does not hinder your movements as much. When running, the water bottle won't create any pressure points on your body.
You will generally need 500ml of water per hour of running to stay hydrated (and 40 g of glucose). The 250ml water bottle will cover part of the needs so that you could take 250ml water and 250ml of isotonic drink, for example.
This water bottle emerged out of an innovative process involving an odourless and neutral-tasting plastic material.Rinse your water bottle with clean water 3 times before using it.Then, dry it upside down without the mouthpiece. Then remove the bite valve to clean it.This is particularly important if you are using sugary drinks! Finally, so that it doesn't make noise while you are running, remember to remove any air by sucking out the air bubbles.
We have listened to your advice and have improved the opening system of the water bottle. The cap is wider to make it easier to clean your water bottle. We have also improved the visualisation and ergonomic handling of the opening and closing of the bottle. The top of the water bottle can be switched to the open or closed position by simply rotating the ridge.
