Product is PPE certified to standard NF S74-567:2014. The product must be worn over all other garments and must not be covered by anything else such as a parka or backpack. Protection is not guaranteed in the absence of natural light. This PPE product is for non-professional use. Wearing this product does not dispense the wearer from complying with current safety codes when hunting.
When the weather starts to cool, this jacket will be your ideal companion. Its mechanical vents will allow you, during strenuous activity, to ventilate the jacket and wick away perspiration. Caught short by a rain shower? No problem. The jacket is water-repellent (water droplets run off the fabric) and lets you stay out in fine rain and drizzle. Caution: this jacket is not waterproof.
This softshell 500 jacket is made with a fabric that increases tear resistance and it has reinforced shoulders and forearms. The fabric is composed of 2 backed fabrics: the interior layer is fleece, and it is windproof, ensuring good thermal comfort as long as you're not stood still (but active). Please note that this model is not particularly suited to cold weather.
There is a rear game bag on the back: it opens and closes with 2 zips. The hood is removable: it can be detached as you wish. Finally, note that you can occasionally rub up against brambles with this jacket (the smooth component means that it slides over the fabric). However, if you hunt intensively, we recommend our range of Supertrack jackets, specifically designed for beaters who go out several times a week.
