Suitable for all inflatable camping and trekking mattresses.
Adhesive patches to glue on deflated mattress (7x3cm)
Add. of glue is optional
Repair holes and tears up to 1 cm wide, whatever the surface
Description
Suitable for all “Air” inflatable camping mattresses, trekking mattresses, 10 L solar showers (8513633), the 10 L jerrycan (8513669) and water bladders. You’ll need to apply some adhesive to ensure solid repair in complex areas (seams) and on any products with a textile finish, such as hiking mattresses
To identify the leak, use a soapy water spray and watch for bubbles appearing at the leak site. Once identified, clean and dry the area with a clean cloth. You can circle the leak with a pen to avoid losing sight of it.
> On “velvet” type surfaces: use sandpaper to remove the “hairs” and get a smooth surface. > On smooth surfaces: apply the patch directly. > On complex areas (seams, angles, stitching), or on trekking/self-inflating mattresses: use the glue before placing the patch on it. 👉 Leave the glue to dry for 4 hrs before applying the patch. Once the patch is on, you can re-inflate the mattress
Keep it in a cool and dry place, and tightly sealed. To prolong the lifespan to the max, you can even store it in the fridge.
