Description
As with our Quechua cooksets, we have chosen an 18/8 (304) stainless steel body, renowned for its durability, corrosion resistance and food safety. Combined with an aluminium base for even heat distribution and a ceramic coating that makes cooking easier, it allows you to prepare your meals efficiently whilst making cleaning up at the campsite a breeze.
To cook hassle-free out in nature! The PTFE Xylan+ coating ensures non-stick cooking, even with only a little bit of oil. Durable, easy to clean, guaranteed to be PFOA-free. Used with soft utensils, it’ll stay by your side for a long time to come. Ideal for cooking light… and eating healthily!
This wok can be used with all types of heat source: gas, wood, induction hobs and even a barbecue. It has two folding handles for compact storage and easy handling. Caution: if you use it on a camp fire or over open flame, the handles can heat up. We advise you to use gloves or a kitchen cloth to pick it up safely.
Before first use, rinse three times in clean water. After use, wash with soapy water then dry before storing in a dry place. Thanks to its ceramic coating, this wok is easy to clean after use. It is dishwasher-safe.
Yes, to preserve its lifespan and performance: – Never heat it up while empty, especially on high flame: this will damage the coating and reduce its lifespan. – Avoid using metal utensils such as stainless steel forks and spatulas: rather opt for wood or soft plastic. – Do not scrape it with scouring sponges: all it needs is a wash in warm, soapy water. – Finally, in case of a wood fire, avoid direct flames reaching the handles, they can heat up quickly.
