Easily change the slider of your broken zip without having to do any sewing
Slider only compatible with 6 mm free coil zips.
Description
Slider for metal zips with added strength.
You’ll need some pliers to remove the old zip slider and a screwdriver to install the new one. You don’t need to do any sewing to make this change. The slider must be placed on the side of the stop box (female part at the bottom of the zip, into which you insert the male part when you want to close your zip).
There are three main criteria to take into account when choosing your zip slider: - The width of the zip: there are several different sizes (widths) for zips: 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm, which are the main standard sizes. - The type of zip: plastic teeth, coil, invisible coil (the coils are inside the product) - Self-locking or not: if it is self-locking, when you lower the pull tab, the slider cannot slide any further
