Then remove the bite valve to clean it.This is particularly important if you are using sugary drinks! Finally, so that it doesn't make noise while you are running, remember to remove any air by sucking out the air bubbles.

We have also improved the visualisation and ergonomic handling of the opening and closing of the bottle.
