Respect torque tightening, which is 6 Nm for the disc and 40N.m for the cassette Remember to apply a light amount of thread lock on the disc screw thread.
Regularly inspect your wheel for buckling, as well the tension of spokes. Avoid using a high-pressure cleaner on the wheel bearings
