Recommendation:

Wheels can end up out of true when impacts loosen the spoke nipples. This causes the wheel to lose tension. If the wheel is out of true, the spokes can get broken. If the wheel ends up touching your brake pads, it will wear them out more quickly and can slow you down as you're riding.

This service includes:

Replacing at least three spokes*, removing the tyre and putting it back on again, truing the wheel, and adjusting the brake and derailleur in the case of a rear wheel. (*the cost will increase if there are more than three spokes to replace)
