Replace the spring washers on the back wheel of the Longtail R500.

Washers: Material - stainless steel Width - 25 mm Thickness - 13 mm Length - 38 mm Axle diameter - 10x12 mm Inner washer:Material - stainless steel Inner diameter - 10x12 mm Outer diameter - 24 mm Thickness - 2 mm Nuts:Material - stainless steel Inner diameter - 12 mm Outer diameter - 18 mm Thickness - 11.5 mm Thread - 1.25 mm Grub screw: BTR bolt:3
Add a drop of intermediate thread lock on the nut. Place the spacer washer inside the frame on the disc side. Fit the washers and nuts. Tighten each nut to 45 Nm. Finally, tighten the grub screw against the frame + 1/2 turn.
